Order Change Log

Order change log enables the listing of all orders either deleted or sent to history based on the date range entered.  This listing can be of importance if a missing document report is conducted by the office.

Report Setup

Date Range.  Enter the date range of the orders to print.

Operator.  Enter the operator who entered the orders to print.  The operator can be selected singly or press enter for all.

Type of Action.  The prompt will read Enter Type of Action to Display:  O=Completion, D=Deletion, Enter=All.  The report can be printed for "O", "D" or both.

If an order is missing and can not be found in open orders, or if an order is in history for no apparent reason, the Order Change Log will display the order number, date and time of the action, the type of action taken, the operator who performed the action and the reason entered in Order Completion Utility or Order Deletion as to why the action was taken.
