Inventory Valuation of Customer Owned Inventory |
The Valuation of Customer Owned Inventory report prints the value of On Hand customer owned items. This is a good report to send to the customer who owns the inventory for their records and the personal property taxes the customer may owe to their home state.
Report Setup
Program ID. Enter the program ID of the program to print. The program selected MUST have customer owned items in the program item setup. If the program ID is not known, enter "?" to display the Active Programs window. Select the program by entering the sequence number to the left of the program ID. If all customer-owned programs are to print, press Spacebar.
Print Items w/No Value. If items with no value are to print on the report, enter "Y". If the items with no value are to be omitted, enter "N".
The report prints the following information:
Item Number and Description.
QOH. Quantity on hand. This is not BQOH. There is no BQOH in customer owned inventory.
Unit Cost. This is the Cust Price as set up in the Inventory Item Maintenance on the Item Component Detail Maintenance screen.
Extended. This is a calculated figure based on Unit Cost multiplied by the QOH.
