Physical Inventory Worksheet is a listing of all the items in a program by item number and bin location, if bin locations were entered in Inventory Item Maintenance on the IFM menu. This listing is merely a guide for the counters to use to record the results of the counting process. This worksheet may only be printed one program at a time.
Worksheet Setup
Program ID. Enter the program ID for the program for which the worksheet is to print. If the program ID is not known, enter "?" to display the Active Programs window. Select the program by entering the sequence number to the left of the program ID.
The worksheet will print the following information
| 1. | Item Number and Description. |
| 2. | A/R/B. Aisle/Row/Bin. The physical location of the items in the warehouse. |
| 3. | Actual Quantity. The worksheet prints blank lines for the counters to enter the item counts. |
| 4. | D. Discontinued Y or N. |
