Item Export Info List by Program list the items in a program and the export information entered in Inventory Item Maintenance, or Co-op/Drop Ship Item Maintenance, under sF8=Export Information.

List Setup

Program ID. Enter the program ID for the export information to list.  If the program ID is not known, enter "?" to display the Active Programs window.  Select the program by entering the sequence number to the left of the program ID.  If all programs are to list, press Spacebar.

Sort Order. Enter the order by which the items are to list.  If the items are to list by program and item, enter "I".  If the items are to list by vendor, enter "V".

The list will show:

Prog.  Program ID.

Item# and Description.

Tariff.  Tariff number entered in sF8 in Inventory Item Maintenance or Co-op/Drop Ship Item Maintenance .

Origin. The country where the item was manufactured.

Vendor.

D.  Discontinued (Y/N)

If some of the items in inventory are foreign items subject to tariffs, this list will inform the purchasing department of the tariffs numbers from the certificate of origin and the country the items were manufactured in.  This listing is useful in completing the NAFTA documents for international shipments.

If the tariff number and the country of origin are entered in Inventory Item Maintenance, or in Co-op/Drop Ship Item Maintenance under sF8=Export Information, the information will be imported automatically into the International Shipping Documents.
