The founder and driving
force behind QCS, Mike comes from a family that has
been prominently involved in the Promotional Products Industry for over 50
years.
After earning his degree in Business Administration & Operations, Mike
worked his way up to the position of Plant Manager at Quikey Manufacturing, where he
gained a great deal of experience in manufacturing and Operations. In this
role, Mike was often called upon to write software to support internal
business functions, and seeing a lack of well-designed software in the
market, broke away in 1989 to create QCS.
Today, Mike focuses on setting the company's strategic goals, as well as
product development and consulting.
Educated in Finance at
Kent, Scott caught the first wave of the PC revolution in the early 80's.
With over 20 years of experience, & fluency in a half-dozen programming
languages, Scott has experience in all aspects of system engineering. He has
a background in Manufacturing and Quality Control, specializing in PC
integration with Robotic & PLC-controlled equipment. In
consulting/contracting roles, he designed and implemented Windows-based GUI
Shop-Floor control systems.
Scott started with QCS in
January 1992 as a Programmer/Analyst. He has performed in all facets of the
operation including sales, business consulting, and operations management as
well as technical roles.
Scott has functioned as COO
since 1994 and was officially promoted to President in January 2000. His
current focus is further development of the CohesIS E-Commerce Publisher and
leveraging his Windows/GUI programming experience to spear-head the effort
to migrate Ezz to Windows.
Tina came to QCS in November
1999, bringing with her 5 years of administrative, managerial and customer
service experience. As E-Commerce Coordinator she is responsible for
all Web and Graphic development. She is the main point of contact for
all E-Commerce service and support.
Curtis has been employed at QCS since February 2003, Curtis has over ten years experience in BB/X programming, customer service, and application design. He works in
our engineering department, where he supervises the development, maintenance, and customization of the EZZ Business Management Software.
Thomas has been employed at QCS since July of 2008, he has over thirty years experience in design and maintenance of business applications, including General ledger, Inventory management, payroll & sales.
He works in our engineering department where he provides maintainance and customization of the EZZ Business Management Software.
