CohesIS2000 has been enhanced to support automatic Sales Tax
calculation based on the Shipping Address of the Order. The
system our clients to setup States in which they have legal nexus,
then define Tax Rates by "Regions" within the State (Zip Code ranges
or City Name). The system is fully-integrated into CohesIS2000
for both internal orders and E-Commerce Shopping Carts.

8/24/01 - Tax-Exempt Items supported |

CohesIS2000 has been enhanced to support Tax-Exempt Items on Orders.
(both Internal and E-Commerce) The Item Master file includes a
Tax-Exempt flag which is brought into each Order. A system in
Order Entry has been installed to permit your CSR's to identify
Tax-Exempt Items for non-Program-related orders as well.

The Administrative Module built into websites produced by the
Cohesis2000 E-Commerce Publisher have been
enhanced to produce an additional report: Invoiced Sales by
Customer. This report breaks down Invoicing within a timeframe
on a Shopper-by-Shopper basis, and provides the detail to each
Invoice. Your Client's Program Administrator's can not only
track Invoicing via the Web, but (for distributors who use
CohesIS2000's integrated FAXing option) may also request
automatically FAXed Invoice copies.

complete system to help our clients manage the Issuance and
Redemption of Gift Certificates for their clients...including the
ability to redeem Gift Certificates via the web. The system
includes...
- The ability to Issue Gift Certificates in groups of varying
denominations, with optional Expiration Dates.
- Unique Serial #'s are generated for each Gift Certificate to
support web-based redemption.
- Reports are available to track your Gift Certificates and
the outstanding balance on each.
- A Gift Certificate printing system permits the printing of
Gift Certificates on your custom-background stock.
- Web-based redemption eliminates the need to mail in the
actual Gift Certificate.
- Gift Certificate redemptions automatically use a G/L Account
you define when issuing.

enhanced, based on client feedback, to give our clients even greater
web-based control over their sites. Included are...
- The ability to control site-wide Color and Font selections
from a single screen, with a preview of the results.
- The ability to configure Shopping Cart options, such as
Payment options
- The ability to view the Status of Pending projects for a
Catalog/Site, including all notes and details, as well as
History.
Already available in the E-Commerce Publisher were...
- The ability to upload Images and HTML directly to a
Catalog/Site.
- The ability to update the Site automatically with changes to
data made in the CohesIS2000 Business Mgmt System.
- The ability to make changes and Publish their E-Commerce
Sites at our client's leisure, 24 x 7.

4/17/01 - Client Cost Center Mgmt System E-Commerce enabled |

The Cohesis2000 Client Cost Center Mgmt System has been linked
directly to CohesIS2000-produced E-Commerce websites as a payment
option in the Shopping Cart. Additional enhancements include
the ability to a list of Authorized Users for each Cost Center,
which is validated from the websites, as well as additional
reporting functions, including the ability to produce summary
billing by Cost Center.

2/26/01 - Awards Management System extended to the Web |

The Cohesis2000 Awards/Recognition Mgmt system has been enhanced to
tie directly into CohesIS2000-produced E-Commerce websites as a
site-configuration option. Awards points may then be redeemed
for merchandise directly from each web-site. Total Awards Pts
and Redeemed points are tracked on an individual basis.

1/15/01 - Procurement System integration to Ariba announced |

A 100% real-time integration linking CohesIS2000 E-Commerce sites
directly to the Ariba Commerce Services Network platform has been
produced. This system "snaps-in" seamlessly behind our
E-Commerce sites to link the CohesIS2000 Business Management
Software to your client's Ariba-based Procurement system by
converting the site to an XML-compliant "Punchout" site, offering
the highest available level of Ariba interaction.

As a
courtesy service to our clients, we offer FREE re-training on
CohesIS2000 at our office in Akron, OH. These classes are
meant to train your new employees, as well as brush up experienced
users and show them the latest features of CohesIS.
The classes are
held Monday-Thursday on the second week of each month.
