Shipping & Handling
Published charts show standard rates for shipments to the continental U.S. only. Additional Freight for Shipments outside of the continental U.S. or Rush Service will be added to your invoice.  We are sorry, we can not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Returns / Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us to expedite an exchange.  Custom Made to Order items are not returnable unless defective.

Return requests must be made to CAM within 15 days of receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition.  To make a Return or Exchange, please open the linked Return Authorization PDF file below, print, fill out, and fax back to CAM at 913-385-3033.
