Large Quantity Orders
Merchandise in this catalog is available in large quantities. This may extend the delivery time. To ensure that the merchandise will arrive when required, please check with us for a delivery date. These orders are subject to a billable 5% variance over or under the quantity ordered. Factory rush charges and actual freight may apply.

Returns / Exchanges
In Stock Merchandise
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your In Stock Merchandise or need a different size, please contact us to expedite your return or exchange. All requests must be made to National Premium within 30 days of receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition. To initiate the return/exchange process, contact the Customer Care Team via the information below to initiate the process.

Made to Order Merchandise
Made to order items are not stocked items, and therefore are not returnable. All sales are final. If you have received a defective item or an item that was not produced to your order specifications, please contact Customer Care Team via the information below to initiate a replacement order. All requests must be made to National Premium within 30 days of receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition.

Corporate Purchases and Store Director Purchases


If you are an authorized On Account / Cost Center User making a Corporate Purchase, then first click on "Corporate Purchase" from the bottom navigation bar. You will be prompted to enter your case-sensitive login and password. Then proceed with your shopping as usual. At the Check-Out screen, you will confirm the actual On Account / Cost Center Number that this order will be billed to, along with your Login ID and Password again.  Make sure to click on "Account Purchases" at the Checkout Screen and you will be asked to re-enter your Store# in both the Account# and Authorized User fields, and your Password.

If you are an authorized On Account / Cost Center User making a Store Director Purchase, then first click on "Store Directors" from the bottom navigation bar. You will be prompted to enter your case-sensitive login and password. Then proceed with your shopping as usual. At the Check-Out screen, you will confirm the actual On Account / Cost Center Number that this order will be billed to, along with your Login ID and Password again.  Make sure to click on "Account Purchases" at the Checkout Screen and you will be asked to re-enter your Store# in both the Account# and Authorized User fields, and your Password.

Personal Purchases


If you are making a
personal purchase, please DO NOT log in. If you have logged in and made a Corporate Purchase on an On Account / Cost Center and then wish to make a personal purchase, close your browser and then return to the site to proceed with your Personal Credit Card Purchase.

1. You can browse product choices several ways from the "Select Category" drop down menu at the top left; you can choose a specific Category name to see its products and small images.

2. Or you can choose the "View All" category to see small images and the product name for everything that is available - by scrolling down the page.

3. Or from the left side Navigation Bar, you can choose "Quick Product Search" to type in a particular word such as a color or general product name or search by price range or category or just scroll down on this screen that lists all the products and shows the detail images when you click on the Item #.

4. Anytime you are looking at a small product image, you can click once to get a larger picture with full text description and pricing information and sizes available on Apparel.  Any backordered products or sizes are listed in Red once you have put an item into your Cart. You may also select the "Check Stock" button to see how many are currently available. For non-apparel items, the Quantity On Hand also appears in the "O/H" column on the Quick Product Search screen as well as the Quantity On Order and its due date. **Group Buys or similar offerings will not be produced until the ordering period has ended, therefore, they will show as backordered.

5. When you have selected an item, type in the quantity you want to purchase and then "Add to Cart" and either continue shopping or click on the "Checkout" button that has now appeared below the item, in the Shopping Cart.

6. You can also click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" from the left side navigation bar, when you are ready to submit your order.

7. At the Checkout screen, enter your Ship To address. Please fill in all requested fields and indicate Company Name when shipping to an Office. If there is anything else you need to tell us, use the Comments/Special Instructions text box at the bottom of this screen.

8. Click on "Submit Order Securely" and your order is processed immediately! Your credit card is not charged until the order ships and if there are any backordered items, they are billed at the time of shipment.

9. The next confirmation screen will include your unique Order Number.

10. Your e-mail address will also receive an automated confirmation acknowledgement with all of your detailed order information on it - you may want to print this screen and refer to your Order Number and a direct website link to check your Order Status, in case you need to follow up with Customer Service.

11. When your order has shipped, you will receive another automatic e-mail--a Shipping Notification that includes the tracking number(s), ship date, ship method (UPS, FedEx), and a website link for on-line package tracking.

12. If you need to check the status of your current orders, you click on the "Open Orders" on the left side navigation bar. Then enter the Order Number or a date range to view your order status.

13. If you have received a Gift Certificate (Redeemable only for Personal Purchases - NOT logged in), first click on the "Gift Certificates" link from the left side navigation bar. You will be prompted to enter your Serial Number(s) and the total $ value will appear as a Credit in your Shopping Cart. After shopping and selecting the items you want, you will see the $ remaining or owed on the Check-Out screen. If you have not spent the entire $ amount (including tax and freight) then you can use that same Serial Number again towards a future purchase. If you have purchased products totaling more than your Gift Certificate amount, then you can use your Personal Credit Card to pay for the balance.
