1. Having problems adding items into your cart?
You will need to enable cookies. "Cookies" are small bits of information that are sent from the Web server and kept on your browser. They are used by the Web server so it can remember who you are as you browse from page to page of our website. The cookie we send to your browser is not written to any file on your computer. It is only kept in the temporary memory and goes away when you exit your browser program. The content is simply a single number that helps us remember your order information.
Here are the steps to enable cookies in your browser:
A. For Microsoft Internet Explorer browser users:
- Open up your browser.
- Go to Tools and select "Internet Options".
- Click on "Privacy" tab.
- Click on the "Edit" button at the bottom to access your browser access Web list.
- In the field "Address of Web site" type in quikey-c.com (the back-end Store website address) and click "Allow", then click "OK". Click ok again to close the box and close out of your browser.
- Open up Internet Explorer again and go to the store. You may now start adding items to your cart.
B. For Mozilla/Firefox browser users:
- Open up your browser.
- Go to Tools and select "Privacy" icon to the left.
- Go down on the list and select/expand "Cookie" item.
- Click on "Exceptions".
- In the field "Address of web site" type in quikey-c.com (the back-end Store website address) and click "Allow", then click "OK". Click ok again to close the box and close out of your browser.
- Open up your Mozilla/Firefox again and go to the store. You may now start adding items to your cart.
2. Need to exchange or return merchandise?
Simply return the items back to Palmer Promotions, 5145 Kennedy Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45213, attn: Shipping/Returns. Please include your original packing slip along with a note indicating whether you are requesting a return or credit.
3. Not sure what item you are looking for?
Use our comprehensive Product Search option where you will be able to search by category and by search phrase. We also provide you on the welcome page with a list of all items, sorted by item number/code, that you can browse through and get more familiar with our wide range of products.
4. Looking for an item not located in the Store?
Click on the "Special Orders" link and submit a request. You will get a response from us within 24-48 hours.
5. Need to ask an immediate question?
Look for the "Chat with Us" button. During the regular business hours (9AM - 5PM EST) our live operators are standing by, ready to answer your questions and help with your purchasing experience.
6. Concerned about the security of your credit card transaction?
All customer and order information is securely stored behind a firewall and protected from unauthorized access. Our secure server software, with the secure certificate provided by Verisign, encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. To verify the information, look for the small lock at the bottom of your browser window, when inside your personal shopping cart. By clicking on it you will be able to read more about the Verisign Secure Layer Certificate that protects our store.
7. Want to mail/fax your order, or pay by check?
We always provide printable Order Form(s) on our stores. Look for the "Download Order Form(s)" button or link. Our order forms are in printable Adobe .PDF format. Fill in the information for the desired items and fax or mail the completed form over to us. We will process the entire order within the same time frame as with any Internet/online type of orders.
