JMA maintains one of the most technologically advanced E-Commerce systems specifically designed for the management of promotional product Corporate Stores for our clients. This system works hand-in-hand with our internal business systems to provide 100% real-time access to information such as Stock Levels, Order Status, Backorder Information, Inventory Due Dates, etc.
For our in-house fulfillment programs we create personalized web catalogs for our clients. Each catalog is a fully partitioned web site with a designated URL address. Every catalog has an individualized look created by the JMA web team through the guidance of the customer. The entire web catalog is done in house. We have complete control of each catalog, which allows us to both create and make changes on catalogs very quickly. JMA offers user changeable, feature items and displays. We have the ability to designate an item as "On Sale", "On Special", or "Featured" and display them prominently in any manner or location that the client desires. Links to other client sites can be made quickly and easily. We offer sophisticated Navigation tools. Besides the individual categories (i.e. "Apparel", "Drinkware", etc.) we have several other standard navigation tools. They are as follows:
*Quick Product Search - allows you to search site by category, price, or keywords. It will show you a listing of all matches.
*Special Order Form - form used to submit request for information on items not in the inventory program.
*Order Status - this is a searchable engine to check the status on any order you may have in the system.
*Request Catalog - fill out your shipping information in the box, and get a catalog sent out to you.
*Redeem Gift Certificates - online, redeem a gift certificate that you have been given towards the purchase of merchandise.
*Ordering Information - sizing charts, UPS zones, and other helpful information can be found here to make ordering easy.

*Administration - the site administrator & supervisors can view, download, and print various reports as well as perform several administrative functions right in the admin. section of the site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We have definable user access, which has the ability to set-up users and grant access privileges either manually or from a list you could provide us. Any area of the site if needed may be password-protected or have access limited by user profile.
All of our catalogs have real-time stock status and on order status. Through the use of "Active Server Pages" tied into the backend of our software the stock levels are updated after every order placed. This is very unique in our industry. Most companies claim to have real-time stock numbers but they don’t. Their stock numbers are updated on a time frame basis, usually every hour or twice a day they are updated, not on a per order basis. This method causes incorrect stock information when many orders are placed in that time frame.
Another great e-commerce feature JMA has is direct order entry. Most companies receive web orders through an email. They retrieve these orders and then key them into their system. For JMA, when a customer places an order it is transferred from the website to JMA’s order entry system automatically and prints out a finished order. This eliminates wasted data entry time and eliminates the possibility of human error in the data entry phase. Minutes after the customer sends their order in from the website the order is already in our shipping department to be fulfilled. Our response time is second to none. An order acknowledgement is emailed to the customer once the order is placed. In this email there is a website link for the customer to check the status of their order. When the order is shipped from JMA a second email goes to the customer informing them that their order has shipped and giving them the shipping tracking numbers for their order.
For generating reports, the catalog’s administrator has the ability to view reports about their program without having to obtain them from JMA. Directly on the website there is an administrative tab. With the username and password supplied by JMA, the client’s administrator can view, download and print reports such as "Inventory Monthly Usage Report" , "Inventory Valuation Report" , "Invoiced Sales By Customer" , etc. This feature will save you time as well as facilitate the ease of carrying a fulfillment program with JMA.
The shopping cart can be modified to fit the needs of the client. We offer shopping cart and checkout approval capabilities. We have the ability to define Approval Routing on either a catalog or user basis. A "request for approval" email is sent to an Approval Authority that you dictate, and the order is automatically placed "On-Hold" in our system for a pre-defined time period. The person who placed the order also receives an email letting them know that there order is "On-hold" pending approval. If approval is received the order is taken off of "Hold" status and goes into production. Please note that inventory for orders pending approval is committed immediately, and is then either fulfilled or released back into stock based on whether or not approval is received.
Our customers enjoy the highest level of security. JMA’s secure services are equipped with 128-bit SSL encryption from Verisign. This is the highest level of encryption commercially available. JMA also utilizes an outside service from ScanAlert called "Hacker Safe". To earn HACKER SAFE certification, our websites must pass more than 2,000 daily security tests, which probe all of the known methods and tricks that hackers use to break into sites.
