Ordering Information / Policies

Shipping & Handling

Orders will ship via KC Routes local courier every Thursday : 
Orders entered before 2 PM on Wednesday will arrive by 5 PM on Thursday.

For RUSH orders:

If needed the NEXT business day, enter order before 12 Noon for guaranteed UPS or Fed Ex Ground delivery by 5 pm the next week-day, additional freight charges will be added to the invoice or the employee or Anderson Restaurant Group staff can pick up the item at CAM. 

If needed the SAME business day, enter before 11 AM for guaranteed courier delivery by 5 pm, additional freight charges will be added to the invoice or the employee or Anderson Restaurant Group staff can pick up the item at CAM.  A $5.00 Rush handling fee will apply.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Published charts show standard rates for Ground shipments to the continental U.S. only. Additional Freight charges for Shipments outside of the continental U.S. or Rush Service will be added to your invoice.  Shipments sent via local courier will have the default freight chart below adjusted on their orders.

For orders over $1000.00, ADD 4% of merchandise total. On stock items, allow 3-7 days for delivery. Any item out of stock at the time of order will be shipped as soon as product is available.

How to Shop

Welcome to your new On-Line Company Store. We want your shopping experience to be as user-friendly as possible, so if you ever have questions or comments, please direct them to ARGStore@cam-inc.com or call us.

This website has been designed for Corporate / Restaurant Purchases.

 1. You can browse product choices by choosing a specific Category name to see its products and thumbnail images.

 2. Anytime you are looking at a small product image, you can click once to get a larger picture with full text description and pricing information and sizes available on Apparel. 

Ø       *Any backordered products or sizes are listed in Red once you have put an item into your Cart.  You may also select the "Check Stock" button to see how many are currently available. 

3. When you have selected an item, type in the quantity you want to purchase and then click "Add to Cart" and either continue shopping or click on the "Checkout" button that has now appeared below the item, in the Shopping Cart.

Ø       You can also click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" from the left side navigation bar, when you are ready to submit your order.

4. At the Checkout screen:

1) Verify your Ship To address

2) Confirm the actual Cost Center / Location Number that this order will be billed

Ø      Requires entry of Login ID and Password

3) Please fill in all requested fields and indicate Company Name when shipping to an Office. 

4) If there is anything else you need to tell us, use the Comments/Special Instructions text box at the bottom of this screen.

5. Click on "Submit Order Securely" and your order is processed immediately!  Your locations are not charged until the order ships.  If there are any backordered items, they are billed at the time of shipment.

6. The next confirmation screen will include your unique six digit Order Number.  (Needed for correspondence about your order.)

7. Your e-mail address will also receive an automated confirmation acknowledgement with all of your detailed order information on it.  Your order will be processed for approval from ARG, once approved you will receive another e-mail alerting you of the release of your order for shipment.  You may want to print this e-mail and refer to your Order Number and a direct website link to check your Order Status, in case you need to follow up with Customer Service.

8. When your order has shipped, you will receive another automatic e-mail -- Shipping Notification that includes the tracking number(s), ship date, ship method (UPS, FedEx), and a website link for on-line package tracking.

9. If you need to check the status of your current orders, you click on the "Open Orders" on the left side navigation bar.  Then enter the Order Number or a date range to view your order status.
