How to Shop in 10 Easy Steps1. You can browse product choices by choosing a specific Category name to see its products and thumbnail images. 2. Anytime you are looking at a small product image, you can click once to get a larger picture with full text description and pricing information and sizes available on Apparel. *Any backordered products or sizes are listed in Red once you have put an item into your Cart. You may also select the "Check Stock" button to see how many are currently available. 3. For quick ordering or to source a selected range of items, use the Product Search feature at the top of the page to sort choices by price range and/or category. You can also view inventory levels, replenishment dates, and order most hard goods from here if there is not a “Sized” comment in the On Hand column. For items with multiple color or size choices, simply click the underlined SKU # at the left side to order. 4. When you have selected an item, type in the quantity you want to purchase and then click "Add to Cart" and either continue shopping or click on the "Checkout" button that has now appeared below the item, in the Shopping Cart. You can also click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" from the left side navigation bar, when you are ready to submit your order. 5. At the Checkout screen: 1) Verify your Ship To address 2) Enter Credit Card Number and type. 3) Please fill in all requested fields and indicate Company Name when shipping to an Office. 4) If there is anything else you need to tell us, use the Comments/Special Instructions text box at the bottom of this screen. 6. Click on "Submit Order Securely" and your order is processed immediately! Your locations are not charged until the order ships. If there are any backordered items, they are billed at the time of shipment. 7. The next confirmation screen will include your unique six-digit Order Number (needed for correspondence about your order.) 8. Your e-mail address will also receive an automated confirmation acknowledgement with all of your detailed order information on it. You may want to print this e-mail and refer to your Order Number and a direct website link to check your Order Status, in case you need to follow up with Customer Service. 9. When your order has shipped, you will receive another automatic e-mail -- Shipping Notification that includes the tracking number(s), ship date, ship method (FedEx, UPS), and a website link for on-line package tracking. 10. If you need to check the status of your current orders, you click on the "Open Orders" on the left side navigation bar. Then enter the Order Number or a date range to view your order status.
