Ordering Information & Policies

This website has been designed for Personal or Business Credit Cards and Corporate Employee Purchases. Your credit card statement will show CAM, Inc. as the vendor.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Published Freight Chart shows standard rates for Ground shipments to the continental U.S. only.  Additional Freight charges for Shipments outside of the continental U.S. or Rush Service will be added to your invoice.   

On stock items, allow 3-7 days for delivery.  Any item out of stock at the time of order will be shipped as soon as product is available.

For International shipments, additional charges such as air Freight, Tariffs, Duties, VAT, taxes, etc. may be billed separately from your original invoice.  Sometimes this could take up to two months.

FedEx-UPS Ground Zone Chart
The following chart shows the number of days required to ship via standard Ground freight from our Kansas City 66214 Warehouse to Commercial locations within the U.S.
 



This map illustrates service schedules in business days for FedEx and UPS Ground shipments.  Please note: For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.  Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

For RUSH orders: 
If needed the NEXT business day, enter your order for in-stock items before 12 Noon for guaranteed Fed Ex or UPS AIR delivery the next week-day or via 2-day Air, additional freight charges will be added to the invoice.  Use the Date Needed By and/or Rush Charges Approved fields on the CheckOut Screen and enter your Comments-Special Instructions at the bottom.  Feel free to call CAM to confirm shipment details. 

Returns / Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stock Yosemite National Institutes logoed merchandise, please contact us to expedite an exchange.

Custom imprint and made-to-order items can not be returned except for defects.

Return requests must be made to CAM within 15 days of receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition.  To make a Return or Exchange, please open the linked Return Authorization PDF file below, print, fill out, and fax back to CAM at 913-385-3033.

Large Quantity & Affiliate Orders
Merchandise on this website is also available in larger quantities.  This may extend the delivery time. To ensure that the merchandise will arrive when required, please check with us for a delivery date. These orders are subject to a billable 5% variance over or under the quantity ordered.  Factory rush charges and actual freight may apply.

How to Shop in 10 Easy Steps 

1. You can browse product choices by choosing a specific Category name to see its products and thumbnail images. 

2. Anytime you are looking at a small product image, you can click once to get a larger picture with full text description and pricing information and sizes available on Apparel. 

       *Any backordered products or sizes are listed in Red once you have put an item into your Cart.  You may also select the "Check Stock" button to see how many are currently available.   

3. For quick ordering or to source a selected range of items, use the Product Search feature at the top of the page to sort choices by price range and/or category.  You can also view inventory levels, replenishment dates, and order most hard goods from here if there is not a “Sized” comment in the On Hand column.  For items with multiple color or size choices, simply click the underlined SKU # at the left side to order. 

4. When you have selected an item, type in the quantity you want to purchase and then click "Add to Cart" and either continue shopping or click on the "Checkout" button that has now appeared below the item, in the Shopping Cart.  You can also click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" from the left side navigation bar, when you are ready to submit your order. 

5. At the Checkout screen:

1) Verify your Ship To address

2) Enter Credit Card Number and type. 

            3) Please fill in all requested fields and indicate Company Name when shipping to an Office. 

            4) If there is anything else you need to tell us, use the Comments/Special Instructions text box at the bottom of this screen. 

6. Click on "Submit Order Securely" and your order is processed immediately!  Your locations are not charged until the order ships.  If there are any backordered items, they are billed at the time of shipment. 

7. The next confirmation screen will include your unique six-digit Order Number (needed for correspondence about your order.) 

8. Your e-mail address will also receive an automated confirmation acknowledgement with all of your detailed order information on it.  You may want to print this e-mail and refer to your Order Number and a direct website link to check your Order Status, in case you need to follow up with Customer Service.  

9. When your order has shipped, you will receive another automatic e-mail -- Shipping Notification that includes the tracking number(s), ship date, ship method (FedEx, UPS), and a website link for on-line package tracking. 

10. If you need to check the status of your current orders, you click on the "Open Orders" on the left side navigation bar.  Then enter the Order Number or a date range to view your order status.

Click here (or at the top of any page) for a detailed Size Chart by style. Certain styles of garments may vary slightly based on the manufacturers cut (oversized versus fitted).  For the best fit, please use this chart when ordering apparel items.
