Window Template Maintenance is located on the Order Processing Set-up (SEO) menu.  This maintenance option enables you to create a template or model format that will appear every time the Imprint Template, Customer and Prospect Comments or the Order Notepad is accessed.

To enter this template or model format, select Window Template Maintenance from the SEO menu.  The prompt will ask you which window template you wish to enter a template for.  When you select a window template, the window template appears on the screen.  Enter the information you wish to display in the EXACT location you wish the information to display.  From this point until you modify the template in this option, every time the window template is displayed, the information will be there.

EXAMPLE:

Let's say, for instance, that you wanted your imprint template windows to be uniform.  You can enter the type of information that needs to be entered by the order entry operator by giving them a prompt within the window template to enter certain pieces of information.

In the above example, you can see that the prompts to enter the color, second color, size, imprint location and phrase have been entered to the window template so the order entry operator need only fill in the blanks.

NOTE:

If necessary, the information entered into the template windows can be modified and/or deleted.  This modification/deletion will only affect the window template the operator is working with.  The original Window Template is still intact until you change the template in Window Template Maintenance.
