Setup Automatic Options for Order Entry, on the Order Processing Set-Up (SEO) menu, allows you to customize the portions of Order Entry in the options window without having to request them.  These entries are specific to the type of the order; however, they are not required for you to enter an order.

The following example sets up a new flow for entering Drop Ship Orders:

       Option Sequence: 856epARt

Once the item detail entry is completed, Order Entry will drive you through these options automatically as each window assigned will pop up for the operator to complete the window or they may press F4 to bypass the option.  The above example would activate the following result:  8 Imprint Instructions, 5 Canned Factory Instructions, 6 Special Factory Instructions, e Edit Items on Customer Inv/Acknowledgement.  The options may be set up in any order.  This facilitates order entry and is highly recommended for new operators learning Order Processing.
