Item Price List is used to print a listing of program items and all column prices. This listing may be sent to customers as a purchasing catalog for the customer's purchasing information.

Listing Setup

Program ID.  Enter the program ID to list.  If the program ID is not known, enter "?" to display the Active Programs window.  Select the program ID by entering the sequence number to the left of the program ID.

Item Class.  Enter the item class of the program items to list.  C=Co-op, F=Fulfillment.

Starting Item Number.  Enter the starting item number to list.  The list can be printed for one item or all items.  To select all items to print, press Spacebar.  If the item number is not known, a partial item number will be accepted.

Ending Item Number.  Enter the ending item number to list.  If all items are to print, press Spacebar.  If the item number is not known, a partial item number will be accepted.

Include Non-Inventory Items.  If non-inventory items are to be included on the list, enter "Y".  If non-inventory items are to be omitted, enter "N".

Valid Item Status Codes.  Enter the item status codes to list.  The field will accept up to ten (10) item status codes.  If all item status codes are to list, press Spacebar.

Include Discontinued Items.  If discontinued items are to be listed, enter "Y".  If discontinued items are to be omitted, enter "N".

Column Number.  The prompt will read Enter Column Selection (Column #, B=Print Best Price, Enter=All).  Enter the column number for the price to print.  If a column number is entered that has no price entered, the system will revert to the next lowest column until a price is found.  To list the column with the best pricing available, enter "B".  To list all columns, regardless of the price, press Enter.

This listing can be printed for only one program at a time.  The listing will show:

Item Number and Description.

S.  Item status code.

The prices associated with the columns requested will print below the item description.
