Inventory Inventory Pricing Evaluation Report |
The Inventory Pricing Evaluation Report is used to evaluate the pricing of inventory items at different quantity break levels. This can be useful when auditing the end user pricing for the inventory items.
Report Setup
Program ID. Enter the program ID for the program to evaluate. If the program ID is not known, enter "?" to display the Active Programs window. Select the program by entering the sequence number to the left of the program ID.
Column Price Break. If the inventory item setup contains price breaks, enter the column the report should use to calculate the pricing evaluation. If the inventory has no price breaks, enter "1". The field will only accept break quantities one (1) through six (6).
Calculate by Special Pricing Code. If a special pricing code has been entered onto an item in Inventory Item Maintenance, the report can calculate the evaluation based on that pricing code. If pricing codes are to be used for the calculation, enter "Y". If special pricing codes are not to be used, or if no special pricing codes have been entered, enter "N".
Special Pricing Code. If Calculate by Special Pricing Code is entered "Y", enter the special pricing code to be used in the evaluation. This field will only prompt if Calculate by Special Pricing Code is entered "Y".
Hide Cost/GPM Info. If the cost and GPM, gross profit margin, information is to appear on the report, enter "Y". If the cost and the gross profit margin are to remain hidden, enter "N".
The information prints the following information.
Item Number and Description .
Brk Qty. This is the quantity break entered in the Column Price Break field. This display will show a maximum break of quantity break six (6).
Unit Cost. This field will only show if the Hide Cost/GP Info field is entered "Y".
Unit Price. Unit price of the items based on the quantity break entered.
GPM. This is price minus cost divided by price. This field will only show if Column Price Break is entered "Y".
