The Booked Item Usage Report by Date prints the orders, quantity, and sales of an item entered on orders booked into the system.  The Booked Item Usage Report by Date is on the IMR menu code.  The booked orders are compared to the YTD orders, quantity, and sales.

REPORT SETUP

Program ID.  Enter the program ID of the program to print.  If all programs are to print, press Spacebar.  If the program ID is not known, enter "?".  The Active Programs window will display.  Select the program ID by entering the sequence number to the left of the program ID.

Item Class.  Enter the item class of the items to print.  C=Co-op, F=Fulfillment

Start/End Date.  Enter the date range for the report to print.  If all dates are to print, press Spacebar on both fields.

Valid Item Status Codes.  The report may be further filtered by entering the item status codes to print.  The field will accept up to ten (10) item status codes.  If all codes are to print, press Spacebar.

Valid Sales Analysis Codes.  The report may be even further filtered by entering the sales analysis (SA) codes to print. 

The report will print the following information:

Item number and description.

Booked.  This column includes orders entered, quantity of the items on the orders, and the dollar sales for the booked orders.

Year to Date.  This column includes year to date information on the number of orders entered, the quantity of the items on the orders, and the dollar sales for the booked orders.  This column prints YTD information regardless of the date range entered.
